Jeff started his martial arts journey at age nine with judo. Jeff pursued many martial arts over the last 50 plus years Specialising in Tai chi in Sydney
Jeff's professional background is in Psychology and counselling. He brings these two unique skills together in his teaching.

Jeff's trained for many years in Tang Shou Dao Kung fu. Jeff achieved a Black belt and studied Taoist Philosophy, acupressure, moxibustion and herbal treatments in addition to the martial techniques.

Jeff has trained in a variety of martial arts and holds 2nd Dan in Tae Kwon Do.
Jeff has also studied Ninjitsu, Aikido, and Choy Li Fut kung fu.
More recently Jeff has been training in Hapkido in Sydney after recovering from some injuries.

Jeff also has a vast experience in teaching qigong, breath work and a range of other Nei Gong and qigong techniques In Sydney.
Jeff also teaches meditation in small groups, along with Dissolve Therapy for healing self and others.

Jeff started his tai chi journey in 1983 learning the Yang style 108 Yang Chen Fu long form, sword and applications.
Jeff Started studying under Sifu Adam Mizner in 2008, and discovered true internal power. Jeff is one of Sifu Adam Mizners Senior students and has dedicated himself to following the Mizner method since that time with weekly face to face training on the Gold Coast with many weekend workshops, training in Thailand and more recently following the online Discovertaiji.com lessons and Instructor Training in Corfu.
Jeff has also studied under Sifu Liang de Hua in spear and traditional yang family long form.
