Tai Chi - HME Sydney is a Taiji Affiliate school of Sifu Adam Mizner's Heaven Man Earth Internal Arts International offering authentic Yang style Taijiquan, Neigong, Located in Sydney Eastern Suburbs.
Delivering martial arts training methods to achieve one’s goals in the health, martial and spiritual aspects of taijiquan and qigong .
The basic body skills, chi gong, forms, weapon training, pushing hands and fighting skills are drawn from two Yang style lineages making what we consider to be one of the most compete and authentic Yang style transmissions available today.
Adam Mizner has trained extensively with a number of masters from both the Huang Sheng Shyan lineage and the Yang Shao Hou lineage and transmits the outer system and the inner technologies of these systems in a pure and direct way in a direct transmission as a 7th generation Yang style Tai Chi Chuan teacher.
As the system is taught, students work first through the Huang Sheng Shyan system as a direct doorway into the internal. The technology heavily focuses on developing song and ting and the total abandonment of external force or li.
We teach Beginners Tai Chi through to advanced levels.
Our Instructors
Jeff Taylor has studied martial arts for over 46 years. Starting at 9 years of age in judo, then moving to boxing and many martial arts over his life time. Jeff holds two black belts one in Tae Kwon Do 2nd Dan and another in Kung fu.
Jeff has been training in Taiji for 34 years and along with other martial arts styles, including Ninjitsu, Jujitsu, Aikido, Choy li Fut kung fu and Hapkido.
Jeff has dedicated his tai chi and qigong training to following Adam Mizner's teaching since 2008 and is currently one of only a few qualified instructors in Australia.
Jeff has studies Taiji Quan yang style under Sifu Adam Mizner, Sifu Liang De Hua and other yang family taiji instructors.
Mornings and Evenings
Jeff teaches beginners tai chi classes for Ji ben gong (foundations), Taiji or tai chi form, nei gong (internal exercises) and Qi gong (moving body and energy) Yi Jin Jing (tendon changing) and much more. Classes are every Thursday 7pm Other classes are also available; Sunday Morning 8 am.
